At Kisah, we strive to ensure your fashion journey is seamless; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be unworn, unwashed, and retain their original tags to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Log into your Kisah account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization Number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and invoice slips are included inside the box.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Choose a preferred time slot via our portal for our courier partner to collect the package from your doorstep.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team inspects the garment for quality compliance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
